Online web-based surveillance

Image
Dear Customers, The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the ministry of health has introduced  online web-based surveillance to gather traveler information pertaining to the purpose of improving public health. This is in accordance with Public Health Act 2009, thus false information is an offense. Each traveler is required to complete an individual form. Note: Upon submission of the form, the traveler will receive Unique Health Code (UHC) which will be presented during primary screening. Link to the form There have been extra measures by setting up another Covid-19 testing center in the Serengeti.  This testing facility has been set up in response to the increasing need for Coronavirus testing prior to guest’s return flights to their home countries. As of late, citizens of the United States, Canada, and other countries require proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to the flight departure. Sincerely, Zainab Ansell, Zara Tanzania Adventures ZARA TANZANI
