OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF TWENZETU KILELENI 2022

 The official launch of twenzetu kileleni season two has finally happened on 9th November 2022 at Zara Tours Headquarter. This year’s slogan "Plant trees, save lives, save tourism" is our main focus towards celebrating 61 years of Tanzania's independence.


As ambassadors of sustainable tourism, our effort is to make Kilimanjaro green again. One of our strategies is planting trees around Kilimanjaro region, with specific area like the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, schools, hospitals and other public areas where citizens can look after the planted trees .

 Zara Tanzania Adventure in collaboration with Zara Charity a nongovernmental organization with the global movement of sustainable tourism and giving back to the community , has prepared more than 5000 trees to be planted  in  Kilimanjaro region in order to restore natural vegetation in the period of twenzetu kileleni season two as we celebrate 61 years of Tanzania independence.

In addition, Moshi district commissioner "Abasi Kayanda" has praised Zara tours for its contribution in environmental conservation around Kilimanjaro region. He also invited Tanzanians to participate on twenzetu kileleni season 2 as means of promoting local tourism, celebrating our independence and supporting the Tanzanian president “Samia Suluhu Hassan” Royal Tour movement.

In the compliance of Twenzetu kileleni season two slogan  the director of Zara Tanzania Adventure ms. Zainab Ansell along with government officials and TANAPA/KINAPA participated in the tree planting exercise during the launch in event as seen below;
