We are delighted to share with you that you can now make your trip more responsible by contributing to the environment of the host community you are visiting.
Since 2009 Zara has been committed to practicing sustainable tourism. We have various outreach projects that benefit the community, the economy and the environment.

In recognition of the fact that Climate Change is the biggest challenge of our generation. Through this project you can participate in climate action by planting Trees. Trees contribute to conserving the environment by providing oxygen, improving air quality, climate amelioration, conserving water, preserving soil, and supporting wildlife.



Within our resources we have a tree nursery.

For an added cost of USD 15, you will be able to make your tour moremeaningful in the area you travel by planting a tree.


The available areas for this project include;
- Pasua primary school
- Moshi Municipal
